«Bright pale pink. Delicate and subtly fruity on the nose. Notes of wild strawberries, pink grapefruit and some touch of gooseberries. Wonderfully dry on the palate, straightforward and perfect against thirst – as a classic Rosé de Provence should be. You can also recognize aromas of juicy fruits and blooming lilies. He is present on the palate without being too heavy. Run dry and straight down the neck and it is quite relaxed.»
